Trunk & Orderly

For me, the excitement of finding new artisans to feature never ends. It’s such a rush! That’s exactly how I felt when I stumbled upon Trunk & Orderly, a Ballarat, Australia company. The story of how owner Joel Adams got started making these handsome cases is a really great read. Needless to say, I am thrilled to highlight Joel and his partner Anna’s work. You gotta check out these cases.

You can customize the interiors of the cases with one of these 5 choices. I love the grass!

These are lunch boxes! That’s one way to head back to school in style.

OK, if you’re like me, you probably looked at these and went ‘huh?’ Yes, they look like storage containers because THEY ARE STORAGE CONTAINERS! These replicas are 1/100 scale and built with creased fibreboard. They include full powder coated metal edging on the top and bottom, and come with a removable lid. The size is 615mm length x 260mm width x 270mm high or 24 inches long x 10 inches wide x 10.5 inches high. These are about the swankiest boxes I’ve ever seen.

You’ll need a better camera just for the bag.

These last two images are of custom storage pieces that they make for their Australian customers. How cool are they? They also make custom cases. These are actually my favorites. Take a look here. Leather handles on gray? TO.DIE.FOR.
