In my travels to find new and exciting handmade goodies to share with you, I often discover artists who, although talented, seem to be buried in the mass of shops on Etsy. While I am a fan of a more indie experience, I do know that many handmakers get their start on Etsy. What I want to do is to help you get even more exposure for your shops. Hence, Etsy Share! Here’s how it works:
- Post a link in the comments to one specific item in your shop that you would like to promote.
- Provide, if you have one, at least one link to your social media accounts.
- If you have a discount code, please provide it in the comments. If you create a discount code exclusively for the LAB, make a note of it and I will promote the shops that do on other posts throughout the month. The code should include the word ‘LAB’ in it and the discount amount.
One last thing: If you use Twitter and would like me to get even more promotion, post a link to an item in your shop and add the hashtag #etsyshare. I promise to retweet like there’s no tomorrow.
